At sunset it looks like it was painted white. No, there were no "residues". The owner was communicative, understanding and very patient. Well, Kevin did a truly outstanding job power washing (or should I say "softwashing") my home. Incredible attention to detail including taping all outside receptacles, doorbells, etc. Washed every nook and cranny. The final product was impressive. My house looks brand new! It was not a rush job and Kevin was certain that I was 100% satisfied before they left. Even followed up a couple of days later.
